CHARGES & REFUNDS
Pick-Up & Pot Return
We ask that the pots get returned to the kitchen within 3 days of your purchase (pick-up) or you will be susceptible to a $50 charge. Door Belle Dinners works hard to serve you hot (where applicable) meals and the dinner pots elevate your meal and allow it to remain hot to your dinner table. We hope that you will help us in our efforts to make a seamless cycle of delicious dinners, served hot in a dinner pot, and returned for sterilization, cleaning, and ease of operations.
Delivery & Pot Return
As with your agreement to get delivery, we ask that you place your delivered dinner pot outside by your doorbell by 9am the morning following your delivery date. If the dinner pot is not outside near the doorbell by 9am, you will be susceptible to a $50 charge on the card you used to purchase. We hope that you will help us in our efforts to make a seamless cycle of delicious dinners, served hot in a dinner pot, and returned for sterilization, cleaning, and ease of operations.
We know we aren't perfect, but we will always try. Remember, we are a startup, and are really hopeful that we will make you really happy. However, we get it, stuff happens. And, if you are unhappy with any of your Door Belle Dinners, we ask that you be as detailed as possible. We also ask that you communicate in writing to email@example.com and provide any pictures that might help. We don't have a policy that refunds you the dollar amount of your dinner, but we will try to make it right in other ways. Thank you!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong dinner, so that we can immediately correct and make right.Contact: info@DoorBelleDinners.com
